The fine print
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00.On the 27th of July 2023, there will be some sort of renovation going on in the room named "Superior Double Room with Terrace - Annex". Therefore, due to this reason the check-in has to be done from 9am to 3pm, or from 8pm to 12am. The check-ins won't be allowed between 3pm and 8pm. In addition, if the clients shows up after 8pm, there won't be any penalty applied at their arrival.In addition, we remind you that this update of timings is just for that particular day and room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was in the best location. Rooms were lovely and clean, complimentary champagne on arrival, lovely breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again and already recommended to family and friends :)

The location couldn’t be better. Seconds away from the Pantheon. Central to everything, really great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast pastries. You are asked to not sit in the breakfast area but that was fine for us as we never intended to. The croissants were really big and filled with various different things and it was perfect for us to grab and go and we liked the self serve element to it. The staff were nice when speaking to them via messenger prior to the visit and perfectly nice when we checked in/saw them in passing. The bed was comfortable. We had the room on the attic furthest away which we found to be quiet. On the first day we came back to find a bottle of Prosecco had been left which was a nice touch. Unfortunately there is no fridge and we had no way to chill it but it was a nice touch and had we asked, I imagine they would’ve chilled it for us and we could’ve taken it back up. If you’re looking for central location, good price and polite staff this is great. We just had a twin attic room. If you’re looking to spend a fair amount of time there, this room probably wouldn’t suit you. But as a comfortable enough base to explore from, great for us.

Location the best. Breakfast could be improved by adding some bread, ham, cheese and even hard boiled eggs.

The location was ideal and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The balcony was a plus.
