The room was completely servicable and large! everything needed was provided and the 24 hour checkin was extremely handy. Having a major bus stop right outside the property was a huge positive, and made getting around rome very easy. Also being only a 10 min walk from roma termini is a big plus. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard and staff were really easy and accomodating. I arrived at 330am and they had everything ready and waiting for me. Frankly an amazing room for how cheap it was!

Great location, 2 minutes from Termini station, 20 minutes walk to every location Very clean, they clean and change towels every day The staff is very polite, they deserve the best score

The location was further than the actual hotel, we were given a room in another building, farther from Termini. We had a problem with the shower and the person in the Front desk wasnt very kind Orejeras than that it was a Nice room

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and polite. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Palma! We highly recommend it!
