Perfect location, quiet and yet very central. All main sites (Vatican, colosseum) less than 30 min walk. Piazza Navona about 2 min walk. The little side street it’s on is very pretty, quaint but also nice vibes with little trattoria’s which served lovely food. We went to check out trastevere as had heard good things about it but actually preferred our own little street! We were out early most days (pre breakfast) and they put a breakfast tray in our room for the next day (croissants, bread, ham and cheese, yoghurts, orange juice, bottles of water) so we could eat and run. Fridge in room. Air con. Bed was very comfortable. Property was clean, our rooms were cleaned each day and fresh towels. Very reasonable price too. Staff very friendly but not overbearing. Kept us up to date appropriately via WhatsApp. We were very happy and would highly recommend.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all the main sites. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Harrison was lovely, polite and accommodating.

We stayed in the attic apartment. Even though I am over 6ft, the low ceiling didnt trouble me. There are steep stairs to reach it but that didn't trouble us also. Staff were super friendly and room was spotlessly clean and the bed was huge and comfortable.
