B&B on 3rd floor of traditional old Building. There is a small lift to 2nd floor but walking the stairs is actually faster. Staff are exceptional and accommodate any assistance required immediately. We stayed in Room 8 and it was generous in size with a generous sized bathroom. The B&B is self check in/out. Location is very good and our room looked onto a side street so not noisy at all. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries in room. Mini fridge stocked with drinks and water. Tea and coffee facility also in room. We didn’t use breakfast area but looked nice. Overall a nice place to stay

The location was ideal. Really close to the major touristic attractions! The room faced the inside of a building which for us was perfect as we’re sensitive to noise at night and it was perfectly quiet. The facilities were new and good value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Fracassini. The staff was very thoughtful and available. The room was quite big, especially the bathroom. The location is amazing, as it is very centered. There are good restaurants and gelaterie nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
