The room which was a junior suite exceeded expectations. All of the staff we had interaction with were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is good with walking access to many of Rome's main attractions. There are two good supermarkets nearby and several small rip off prices ones.

The hotel is very centrally located. Communication was easy and clear, and the staff very friendly. They helped to arrange transport for us from the airport and even gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival!
