Very close to train / metro station so easy to get to on foot and around Rome. The room was not big but sufficient. There was a small kitchen which provided good cofee and free water. Rakib was pleasant to deal with. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. The room had a decent aircon which was a big relief in the recent heat wave. There is also an elevator so you don't have to drag your bags up the stairs but it's not great.

The bed had a memory foam mattress that was very comfortable, the best we've had on this trip. Only a couple blocks from the train station there are lots of restaurants around and a small grocery store a block away. Communication with the host was excellent.

Location was nice and they cleaned everyday the room leaving it very tidy and neat.
