We have stayed in other Numa properties before and will continue to especially after this one in Rome. The room was very comfortable, great bed, strong air-conditioning and excellent facilities. We had an issue with the draining of our shower and it was quickly fixed by the staff there. The amenities in the room and the public ones such as extra towels and luggage storage are such excellent services. Location was good, close to restaurants and cafes but in a very quiet street.

The terrace was big and had a lovely view of the surrounding area. We had a corner room too which was ideal. The area was safe and secure. The shower was nice as well.

The customer service is great - they can be reached 24/7 and do their best to resolve your problem ! The room was clean 🧼 and spacious ! It had top notch AC which is very helpful for Roman Summers ! Really loved my stay !
