Location is great, apartment is really nice, like on pictures, they aranged also taxi for us when we were leaving. Near you have small caffeteria for great breakfast. Area is nice and safe. All together I think this is great place to be in Rome. In front of the apartment you have a bus stop, and 6 min of walk you have train station.

Property was simple and cosy. The guest suite is a private room with your own balcony and bathroom, but joined amenities, like a communal kitchen ect, It worked for us. Would stay again.
