Amazing location, 30min walking distance from most attractions, lots of lovely restaurants right outside. We didn't meet the staff, but we got very clear instructions via WhatsApp. The room was clean and spacious, located on the 2nd floor, the stairs weren't an issue. We read that the building or the tower date back to medieval times! Very comfy bed. From reading previous reviews we thought we'd need earplugs, but we didn't. We didn't hear any noises from the street or nearby restaurants. The aircon worked well, we used it to heat up the room. The room had everything we needed.
