Late check in from 22:00 to 00:00 extra cost of 25 euro
Late check in after 00:00 until 1.00 AM extra cost of 30 euro.
A surcharge of 50 euro applies for arrivals after 1.00 AM check-in hours.Rooms are located on the 2nd floor, no lift available.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location was great. Is not a quiet area but we were able to sleep well. The accommodation has everything you need for a short stay. Federico was very kind.

Very clean, cozy & well maintained site. It's not positioned as a hotel, but rather a small site for couple of days in Rome. It's not designed for a family stay (i.e. I'd avoid going with kids), but for a couple, who just want to stay in the center of Rome with all the sighseeings close, it's a perfect place - very well maintained by Flavio, who's super helpful, very approachable, always there to help. Free coffee & some snaks was a little nice plus to our stay. Rooms are clean and well conditioned, which is important in Rome in the summer

Location is great. Flavio was amazing. So kind and cheerful and very trustworthy. I forgot something important in the room after checkout and he made sure he gave it back to me after he cleaned when I was even clueless about it. Comfortable beds.

Excellent location close to the Piazzo Navona and Campo de' Fiore where we had some excellent meals. Walked to a lot of places from there including the Vatican. The host, Flavio, was very kind and helpful and the reception area was well stocked with snacks and coffee.
