Great location. Lovely staff. Very flexible check in. Safe luggage storage. Communal ini kitchen with free coffee and tea leading to patio . Very clean. Quiet rooms to the back on request. Excellent value for money

We loved the location- few minutes walk to coloseum and metro stop. Walkable from termini station, and very easy access to all main attractions - we walked everywhere! Host was very kind - let us store luggage and free water / croissants available in communal area. The room itself was ok and clean but a little tired. Main double bed was very uncomfortable, good hair dryer, safety deposit box etc.
