Self check-in with very good communication from staff over WhatsApp prior to arrival and during our stay. Rooms were perfectly situated for our visit to Rome and although in a busy location, it was calm and peaceful inside our room. There is no reception present at hotel but this was not an issue for us as their communication was immediate and very helpful, with calling a taxi for us and especially with helping me by arranging a courier to send an item I left in our room onto our next location. This was extremely helpful and most appreciated.
