Location was very good- close to Vatican and clear, pleasant and easy walk to major sightseeing spots in the city. Comfortable bed! Giorgio was a fantastic host - nothing was too much for him. Clean and spacious room. Very close to restaurants and shops - and lots of breakfast options. Would gladly return on our next visit to Rome.

I found my accommodation tucked away from the high street in a beautiful complex with a typically Italian courtyard. It screamed Italy and was quiet and tranquil, despite it being so close to amenities. Because of the weather (38 degrees) there was a power cut that lasted overnight. I understand that this was due to an overload of Aircon use over the city; and out of the owners control. My host Giorgio came out at 11pm to ensure the safety of his guests and was heard to be assisting a fellow traveller in charging their laptop for work, in his own car, which he sat with it until an adequate amount of charge was made for the following day. I was travelling with my cousin, who stayed in an adjacent property, managed by another company. She was left in total darkness, four flights up (Lift obviously affected by the power cut) with walking difficulties. Her experience was woeful in comparison. Her host told her there was nothing they could do and would not even consider providing a torch! Our host Giorgio took care of her too; and made sure she was safe. This lovely man was the perfect host and contributed to my successful stay in a beautiful part of the city.
