The Location was superb with a clear view of Castel Saint D'angelo from our bedroom window. The Vatican and St Peters were a brief walk away. The hotle has a 24 hour snack bar which allowed us to top up on tea and coffee with a selection of snacks which was all included in the price. The staff are excellent. There was a high level of contact in the two days prior to our arrival and they were in constant contact with us on arrival day. There is no reception but the staff were easily contactable by phone and were more than helpful in providing tips for visiting landmarks and also when we needed to arrange a taxi at the end of our stay. There is also a very useful bag storage facility so we were able to leave our suitcases in the hotel after checkout and make the most of our last day in Rome.

The greeter was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the common area, which had snacks available 24/7. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Great location!

Amazing, friendly service and beautiful, clean room. Maison Ottavia was in a fantastic location that was safe, beautiful and close to everything. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rome
