Extremely pleasant staff who assisted with sheets for the sofa bed without any unpleasantness, the lady just apologised and solved the issue. Very professional and kind staff. Excellent quite location next to the river in Rome & close to Campo dei Fiori. After my last disastrous stay this was heaven! I will return to this charming accomodation and highly recommend. Very restful, enjoyable carefree stay here. Book if available!
