Great location for restaurants and public transport. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Joseph was an excellent host, ready to give us any information we needed about Rome. He provided an excellent breakfast everyday: cereals, bread, cheese & cold meats, pastries and omelettes. And juice, tea and coffee of course. Plenty to sustain you for sightseeing!

Hi, I stayed here for two nights with my teenage daughter. The place was very clean, cosy, and generally really pleasant. Great location! A big, big thank you to the owner, who was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to everyone, an amazing place!

Everything! Joseph is a fantastic host. The rooms are just the right size provided with every comfort. Comfortable bed, spacious bath or shower, towels provided is well isolated from city traffic. All very clean. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the Ottaviano metro stop and 5 minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica. We loved the breakfast, complete with all the brioches, cakes, cereal, yogurt, toast, and Joseph makes the hot drinks on the spot. Possibility to leave your luggage before leaving again. I will definitely be back to spend my next Vacanze Romane here. See you soon Joseph 😊

Excellent stay. Host was lovely and accommodating helped with directions and travel tips. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Great location only a 3 minute walk to the Vatican museums with lots of great restaurants and cafes. As it was my birthday while I was there they decorated the room and gave us bottle of prosecco for the room which was really nice . Would definitely recommend and would definitely come again. Wonderful experience.
