Great location near railway and bus station, and the city centre, available room for single, air-conditioning, mini fridge and private modern bathroom. Everything was excellent .👌👌

Philippe was such a positive host. He went to great lengths to ensure we found our accomodation, facilitated check- in and made us feel comfortable. This was after a very negative experience with another accomodation host! I would have great confidence in any business Philippe is associated with. Thank you for such a positive experience.

The property is in an excellent location—near Roma Termini station and the Colosseum. We hardly used the metro or bus, as most of the major sights were within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and well-organized. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the property after check-out. Cleanliness was very good. We were four people, so we needed the additional sofa bed, which was a good size and just as comfortable as the main bed.

I really liked the location, also how approachable the accommodation is. The staff was amazing, really helpful and understanding. The inner 'area' of the building was nice.
