The first time two years ago, my husband and I went with my daughter, her husband and three children. This second time, we were three couples. The only detail would be to put extra toilet paper and a bottle opener. One detail I forgot about the first time was that the place is very noisy at night as it is on a busy street. It is solved by playing some sound to sleep. The owner is super friendly. I recommend it. And don't forget that when you arrive you pay for your stay in cash or card. The city tax is separate in cash. 6 dollars per person per day. something that we had not contemplated when going abroad.

The location is perfect, you can reach all the tourist sites on foot. It is clean and spacious, nicely decorated. Supermarkets, restaurants and pizza restaurants are close by.
