The room is very spacious, clean and the courtyard view is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing too and the cappuccino is one the best I had in my trip. Stefano was very kind to let me drop my baggage at 6 in the morning. The location was perfect too. 2 mins to the metro and a 5min walk to the Vatican and the high street is just at your footsteps.

Two important things are worth mentioning: when you have a great apartment location and an extremely helpful and communicative host, plus you get great value for your money, all that's left to do is enjoy your stay in Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

It was wonderful stay. Very clean rooms, good breakfast, nice conversation with owners. Location is excellent! You can reach main attractions of Rome with 20-30 minutes walk. Metro station Ottaviano is in 5 minutes by walk. In my next stay in Rome, definitely I will choose Lory House again

Our whole experience at Lory House exceeded our expectations. We needed a late check in Stefano provided excellent instructions and then followed up to ensure we arrived safely. He also provided a recommendation for dinner. The breakfast was extensive, the room serviced daily and very very clean. The location is a short walk from the metro, the Vatican and other sites. There are many good dining options close to Lory House. We were also provided with a late checkout. Our stay was enhanced by our host Stefano, who is a real gem! He is very knowledgeable, charming and we enjoyed our chats over breakfast. Stefano provided us with excellent cappuccino for breakfast. We highly recommend staying at Lory House.
