The property was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed – a cosy double bed, single bed, private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just minutes from the Colosseum, with a lovely gelato shop and a full supermarket nearby. What really made the stay special was the host. He brought fresh bread and croissants each morning, provided amazing gluten-free snacks just for me, and had the fridge stocked with essentials like water, cheese, ham, and soft drinks. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and we later found out he’s a professional artist – one of his own beautiful paintings was hanging in the kitchen. Honestly, it felt like more than just a place to stay. It felt welcoming and personal.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is just perfect — right near the center, making it super easy to explore Rome on foot. Andrea is an amazing and friendly host — very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We’ll definitely come back again!

A clean and peaceful environment within walking distance of bus, tram and metro stops. Andrea is very hospitable. He made us feel at home in Rome.
