A quiet oasis on the outskirts of the city but with easy transport links. Abigail was extremely helpful in communicating prior to arrival and gave excellent service during our stay. The pool area was peaceful and a welcome respite after sightseeing. We would have no hesitation in recommending Livia Valeria Palace.

Very nice accomodation about 4km outside of Rome city center with tram no 8 stop and bus stops at about 400m walking distance. We stayed with 4 people (2 teenagers) for 1 week in the apartment under the roof, with 2 bedrooms. The rooms are new, well maintained, spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The air condition worked very well so even with 36 degrees outside the rooms were cool. A kettle, 4 glasses and 4 mugs were provided. We brought our own plates, forks, spoons etc. A supermarket (Carrefour express) is close by (ca 750m) as well as a few restaurants. Nice pool, quiet garden and good breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We definetely recommend this place.

Hidden Gem, fabulous place... owner very friendly and very helpful. Abigail very friendly and met us on arrival and very helpful with given us a map and directions to get to the best spots.. there is bus and trams just 5 minutes walk... place is absolutely gorgeous, lovely peaceful and quiet... will definitely be booking in with them again... my husband and boys loved the place... don't think about it just book it... it will exceed your expectations.. the staff go above and beyond to help you.. Thank you for a fabulous stay...
