The rooms were superb, the location was inside Trastevere, a little distance away from all the tourist attractions, but the best for dinner and relaxing. There was a good public transportation so it wasn't so difficult to travel to all the major locations. They provide breakfast at a cafe which is about 5~7 minute walk away. It wasn't the best, but enough for a good morning. Their kitchen was also very handy.

Big room, with bed and desk to work, balcony, tidy room. I felt comfortable. Fabio the host was very helpful. He messaged me the day before to arrange the check in time and he messaged me one hour before check in to confirm also.
