We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Matilda for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She truly made our stay extra special with her friendly attitude and attention to every detail. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so welcome and comfortable away from home. The rest of the staff also deserve high praise – everyone was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
