As most reviews we agree! This was a lovely gusthouse and the owner Max is a very kind and service minded person. Max answered any questions within minutes. He helps with advice for how to get around rome, go to the airport etc. The guesthouse is easy to find and the bus and metro stops just around the corner. God communication around the city by bus or meteo. But you can easily walk , the vatican is 25 minutes by feet. The room is comfortable , clean and cute - comfortable beds ! Refridgeratior and coffemachine. You also have acces to a kitchen ! We can warmly recomend a stay !

We like this guesthouse very much! First of all, we had a night flight and Max (the host) helped us with a night check-in. Next morning we met and, as it was our first time in Rome, Max told us about supermarkets around and how we can get to the sightseeings. Our room was pretty cute with some old decorations and a nice coffee machine. The room was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay in Lanzies Guesthouse and would be glad to come back there.

The location was perfect, close to metro, so it took 15-20.min. to get to everywhere in the Rome centre, and it was easy to get to Fiumicino airport as Max advised us to take bus near from Lanzies guest house. Max was very welcoming, gave us a map and advices what to see around Roma. The room was very clean and had everything we need. The terrace was nice.
