Room service is amazing. The room itself was nice, and cozy. It makes you feel like home. Our stay was really pleasant. The neighborhood is also easy to get public transportations.

Great location (walkable distance to the Colosseum!), comfy bed, clean & modern space. The air conditioner was greatly appreciated, as was the free bottled water & coffee pods. Staff was very responsive to my questions & when I mentioned our fridge did not appear to be working, they made sure housekeeping investigated the issue ASAP - they must have fixed it as it started working after that. The lift was also very much appreciated with moving our large heavy luggage around. The communal kitchen/lounge areas were nice & we would have relaxed in there if we had the time!

The location is good, the room has everything you need for a few nights, and it was very quiet.
