Helpful staff. Stayed in room called Piazza Novana, spacious with high wooden beamed ceiling & chandelier. Its on side ally so quiet. Great location for walking historical centre. Second floor of main building with lift for easy access. bonus mini breakfast foods, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, boiled eggs, cheese spreads, biscuits tea, coffee.
