Location close to everything. Quiet spot, Nice courtyard.. Staff so friendly and helpful. Owner gave great advice to try the Trattoriaa across the street which was very good.

Fabulous location for cheap and tasty eats, and of course, Termini train station (which also services airport and other buses). A 5 minute walk to the station, easy with a suitcase. Tidy, comfortable rooms - not flash, but clean and excellent value for money. We had a washer, fridge and dining table. There is a small lift for 1 person and a suitcase. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities with snacks provided. Fridge in room. Lift bonus re taking luggage to room. Helped organise a taxi for us to our next location. Plenty of places to eat in the street & perfect location to Rome Termini.

We had a very spacious ground floor room that felt like a suite. It opened onto a lovely green private courtyard. The location is great so handy to the train Santa Maria Maggiore many excellent restaurants & not too busy. Friendly owners.
