We had an initial problem accessing the building as the reception is only manned until 12.30. We were slightly later arriving and unknown to us an email had been sent with contact details but as our device was in our suitcase we didn’t see it. However another resident who was departing kindly contacted the number and let us in. If this had been apparent the day before we travelled it would have been helpful. Otherwise, the hotel was perfectly situated. Very nice room and well equipped. The lady who served breakfast was excellent. Very helpful and keen to assist with anything. She was amazing. She even ordered our taxi when we were leaving. The room was cleaned every day and was very nicely done.

The accommodation is lovely and very clean. It is very centrally located easy walking distance from/to Vitorrio Emmanuele and other places. The bed is super comfy. Hot water in the shower area.
