Location! Apartment is in the close center of Rome. 5 min walk to termini station, about 20 min walking distance to Colosseum, 55 min to Vatican City. Plenty supermarkets and food places around. Easy to find, good contact with the host (lovely man & thanks for the gift ;) Rooms were big and spacious, mattresses very comfortable. Good WiFi. Host made an effort and let us leave the bags in few hours before check in time which was so nice.

Lovely & clean with a main bathroom, a separate toilet room plus a shower room. The rooms were all very spacious for an apartment plus the kitchen was great with big fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Close to all of the public transport.

Very good location, close to V. Emanuel Metro station, Santa Maria Maggiorre, Colosseum and Termini (for airport transfer). Large and comfortable enough for 2 families. Perfect communication with the staff. Equipped with all necessary: including dishwasher and washing machine, etc.
