We had two rooms as my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mum. Fabulous location and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the fresh pastries that were available to help yourself each morning.

Nicolette was amazing-she treated us with the care you would provide family. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The support staff was equally wonderful. This is a clean, elegant and comfortable place. We could not have asked for a better place to stay

Staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast.. Everything was great. Some guests mentioned about the noise from the restaurant below in the comments, but the windows' sound isolation was very good and we weren't disturbed at all. All in all it was a great stay with our 4 year old son. "Grazie" to the firendly staff :)
