Friendly and educated staff on reception. Very close to station, Colosseo and restaurants. Nice bedroom and bathroom with nice space.

The room was very comfortable had everything you would need and was very clean. It was so easy to check in with the lockbox available and the codes to the doors felt very safe there.

Best location / view in Rome, my room was across the street from the colosseum, so can't get more central. Historic Roman apartment block, that's visible in all of the documentaries about ancient Rome, with stunning rooms / facilities. My room had a basement bathroom, and additional, unadvertised 2nd bedroom that could be good for children. Having office staff on site came in handy when I locked myself out of the room, after a run around the forum, in a thunderstorm. They didn't laugh too much. Easy access to subway, bus, and taxi rank outside the door - also, has 24h minimarket round the corner, and lots of touristy restaurants - some of which are great
