The night staff was very cordial and willing to help. The room was dated but clean and value for the money paid. The location was amazing for my needs.

Room was basic but totally ok. The location is prime! Just few minutes walk from Termini train station. Several dinner options around in a safe neighbourhood.

Room large and spacious, if not a little rustic. The decor and furnishings seemed a little dated but did not disrupt my stay. Breakfast was fine, not exceptional, but the service of one or two staff members was great!
