We arrived late in the evening having made a last minute booking online having been let down by the accommodation we originally booked. We were relieved to find the staff really friendly and helpful. They got us checked in quickly and helped us with our bags. We were upgraded to a triple room which was significantly bigger than the standard double (we peaked in when the rooms were being cleaned). I think the standard room would have been a tight fit for a whole week but we were very happy with the size of our room. The room was tidied and cleaned everyday. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The homemade yogurt at breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good too.

The location is 7 minutes from Termini and it is on the same metro line with some of Rome's most important landmarks. The staff is very friendly, amazing and the rooms were always clean and during the warm days, they turned the AC on for you.

Friendly helpful staff. Access to very good restaurants near the hotel, with the local knowledge if the hotel reasonably priced with good choices on the menus.

We could really get relaxed in that hotel. There were: 1. Polite staff 2. Tasty breakfasts (with really good coffee) 3. Very clean everywhere. Room is get cleaned every day 4. Metro station is 5 mins by feet.
