Location was excellent as it was a five minute walk to the Termini Main Train, metro and bus station. So it was easy to get around. Excellent for late arrivals as staff is there til midnight. There were many restaurants open late for dinners. With good cafés for breakfasts.

The hotel provides full kitchen and dining facilities with great interior and exterior design. There are ample spaces for guests to hang out - a comfortable sofa and reading hall, an indoor kitchen and dining place, an open air (but covered) sofa and smoking area. The location is great, only 5 min walk to the main train station Roma Termini. The room is clean and comfy. I love the shower room design as it completely shields water splashing. Friends are all very friendly and helpful, including the cleaner. Although there is no signage on the buidling, the staff has given clear instructions on how to reach the hotel - it is located within Hotel Marco Paolo, but at Level 5 (with lift access).

Very warm-hearted owner Francesco, the stuff was polite and professional, I really care about how clean the place is, and my room was super clean. No complains. The location is also very good, super close to the center.
