The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was pastries and yogurt, please breads and jams. Plenty to get us going. You let them know when you're ready, and the tray comes to your room.

very good location as its close to the main Romini station. The bfast is good but the same. The biggest asset is the wonderful and ever helpful staff. Any, Valerio and Ely were the superstars :)

That they were still able to provide me a room in a different hotel, after they overbooked. I will never use Booking.com again. I have only had one good experience so far.
