I guess the hotel won’t always be able to do this, but they let our group of 6 check in early for a one night stay and check out 45 minutes later to fit in with our travel arrangements into and out of Termini station. They didn’t have to do that, but were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great for us ; right opposite the station. The room is well equipped although a little compact for larger luggage. The price was good value.
