All the staff were super friendly and really helpful. The room was comfortable, and the shower was great. There was plenty of choice with the continental breakfast, and the lady serving us was very kind. There was a really lovely restaurant just around the corner - Taverna dei migliori. It was just about walkable from Termini station. Discounts for bus tours booked through the hotel The air conditioning worked really well. The mini fridge was very useful. Everywhere was very clean.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and our request for a lower level guestroom and additional pillows was met without fuss.

The location was great, parking was very easy once I knew ev’s could park for free within blue boxes. First night parking cost me €26 but after that it free
