Hotel Morgana is in a great location to the main train station & Metro if you are travelling by train. Staff were helpful and helped us out by keeping one of our bags for a week whilst we travelled around Italy. We stayed at the hotel for a total of 6 nights broken into 3 stays. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. There are some nice eating spots nearby including Italian and Chinese food. We found most attractions were only around a 20 minute walk.

Decent hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and neat. Breakfast was politely served...I only ate one of the two mornings I was there. All I wanted was coffee and juice. The area it is isn in typical these days of train station neighbourhoods: awful. Homeless people, junkies, desperate economic and wear strife refugees who I am sure would sell their grandmother's teeth to get what they need. Sorry. I felt unsafe walking the streets around the hotel. Too bad too, because there is a really good looking halal restaurant down the street I would have like to eat at---fresh, tasty, etc...but I would have to walk the gauntlet to get there, so I settled for less than mediocre Roman food in the area. Cecias? 2 starts out of 5...

It's a good hotel and I only stayed one night. It's in a superb location for the trains. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are average bit I am sure there are better ones nearby if one wished to explore.
