Staff were friendly and helpful when approached. Hotel is in a pretty street with shutters on the windows, with an old-style lift etc which was lovely. The location was great...walked to Trevi, Spanish Steps (about 15 mins) and Colloseum (about 30). Walked back from Vatican too (just under an hour so fine with a break for lunch on the way). Had a triple room for myself and two teens. Everything was clean and working. It was really convenient to have the breakfast there before heading out, which we thought had a good range of options served in a pleasant room. Overall it was a great stay at Hotel Medici and would recommend it to others.

It was a 20 min walk to the trevi fountain. It felt very safe. Staff were on reception 24/7 monitoring guests coming in and out and were very helpful. Cute restaurants outside.
