In a really great spot that’s walking distance to many tourist attractions and excellent restaurants. The rooms are a decent size and beds are very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally helpful and had lots of great tips for seeing Rome. Livia was lovely to deal with and very friendly.

We are totally impressed by this hotel and it's staff. Starting from the housekeeping lady, through the receptionist, the ladies in the restaurant and even to the owner of the hotel. It's the first time in my travel and work experience (cause I am also managing a hotel) what I saw here as a service level. The owner himself helped us park the car because he personally saw and read our message to the property where we asked where we can park our car after the long trip from Bulgaria to Italy. It was so nice and gentle gesture and his attention to every detail and care to every question of his guests is really impressive. They have many hotels near to each other and their chain won us as guests for the future. The location is perfect- near to Trevi and Colosseum by walking. The area is clean, there are shops and everything needed for one pleasant stay in Rome, doesn't matter if it's a vacation or business trip. I have to mention some of the services which deserve special attention and personal mention. The welcoming was super friendly and comprehensive in terms of information about the hotel and the city of Rome. Elissa is showed such a professionalism and was really kind, helpful and friendly when we arrived. She is always smiling and after the owner who welcomed us on the street and showed us the reception she left the second excellent impression. For sure the reviews regarding the good service and attitude of the staff which we saw before booking the hotel are 100 % real. The internet in the hotel is very fast. The breakfast is okay, the coffee is with very good quality but the restaurant is a little bit small.
