The hotel staff was very warm, friendly and helpful in organizing taxis, answering questions (before & during my stay). The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect for visiting Bocconi around the corner. The room and bathroom were larger and very clean. I had a lovely stay.

The ambiance of the place- light music in the hall at all times and the delicious breakfast- made our stay extremely enjoyable and pleasant . Staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed.
