The location was excellent - both for access to public transport and a variety of local restaurants. The manageress was extremely pleasant and helpful. She held my luggage for afternoon collection on my day of departure.

The hotel room was perfectly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Instructions for self-checking were clear and easy to follow. This offered a good ratio between quality and price.

We were very well received by the receptionist Giovanna. The building is old, but the hotel facilities are good and very clean. Perfect location, next to Termini station, where you can find everything you need and offers access to all of Italy. And 5 minutes from the hotel is the Basilica of Santa Maria, where Pope Francis is buried.
