When choosing the hotel, we specifically selected one with air conditioning, but the receptionist asked for an additional €15 per day (a total of €60) just to turn it on, which was very disappointing. The heat was unbearable, and simply opening the balcony door wasn’t enough (the room had no window). We couldn’t leave the door open at night due to safety concerns. We had also paid for a city tax through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the hotel made us pay it again( 48€)We explained that we had already paid, but it was in vain. The receptionist just smiled and said that our opinion didn’t matter to them. The only positive aspects were the good location near the terminal and the cleanliness of the room, which was cleaned daily. However, the street outside was dirty and smelled bad.

Location very close to termini, many resto closed by to eat. Safe area and reception staff was nice.
