The aesthetic of the room and the building was really nice, we had really nice looking paintings on our room. The A/C worked excellent and quickly, we did not see any equipment failure or any hidden flaws, the drainage didn't smell, the toiled flushed without error etc. The staff was helpful and kind, gave good recommendations. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, there is no disruptive sounds at night or day, and the main train terminal is around 12 minutes a walk away, but if you're in a rush, you can get to the closer metro station to you in 2 minutes. The 429 bus also drops by right beside the hotel.

The hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. The staff were very accommodating and helped to organise taxis for us on days we went on trips. The hotel is a 15minute walk from termini Station in a quiet area with shops and restaurants. The hotel has a roof top terrace which we visited most evenings and were able to eat pizza there on one of the nights we had got from a local restaurant. Overall could not fault the hotel, had a lovely stay here.

Perfect location close to the station - I was only staying one night en route to Florence but the hotel was the perfect spot, very clean, lovely decor and quiet.
