Fantastic location as 10 mins walk from Colosseum. There are local shops for water etc. Breakfast was good albeit the same everyday. Nice rooftop area with beautiful views.

We booked two rooms - a twin room and a single room. Unfortunately, both fell short of expectations. The twin room had limited hot water in the evening, which was inconvenient, and the single room did not offer the level of comfort or quality one would expect for the price. Overall, it felt that more attention to detail and upkeep is needed to fully justify the rates. That said, the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful - and the terrace was a lovely feature.

Room was clean and with a nice view over the picturesque courtyard. Bonus points for the beautiful rooftop terrace with incredible views of the city
