Location is nice, 2 minutes to the Roma Termini, idea of hotel inside of the living building is cool, facilities completely enough: elevator, office of hotel is open for pretty long time(the manager had ride to us in 4:30 in the morning(!!!) because we had troubles to get inside)

Exceptional staff. Very friendly and helpful. My train was delayed and they talked me through the late check-in process. Their prompt reply to messages was very reassuring. Thank you! Location of the hotel was great for our needs. Termini, metro, and Supermercato right opposite. We could easily get to all the attractions and also pickup some food to go. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Would definitely recommend and we would book to stay here again.
