“Good experience for the money spent”

The room was great for what we payed ! It had elevator, and doors that unlock with a code or a tag in every floors corridor for extra safety. Room was very clean and had plenty of clean towels, body gel and hand soap.. There was a hair dryer, even though it was old it did the job. The room even had air conditioner on the wall, which we didn't try to use, so i can't tell if it works or not. In the corridor they had a kettle, cups, tea and coffee for everyone to use. Our floor was quiet and we had a lovely 2 nights stay. Also the hotel is in a great spot, near the main attractions and easy public transport !!

Location was excellent fight beside the train station walking distance to colosseum ,staff were very nice

Hotel is very closed to the railway station. But need improvement in terms of cleanliness. Also, in terms of booking it was huge struggle with this hotel as my first booking was cancelled even though I was using valid card. Overall it was ok- ok stay. But at the same time, I will provide complements to the staff who were at the reception as they were responsive.

Location, helpful staff, room design. It was different from the one we booked but was not worse, maybe even better. The only minus was very noisy neighbours (banging doors, speaking loud in tge corridor) but the staff helped us with that too.
