Unique and friendly hotel where all of the staff are really helpful. Very clean, good a/c and the fastest WiFi I’ve ever had in a hotel. Great to have a kettle in the room with tea & coffee plus a fridge with milk. Fab roof terrace to relax in the evening as then sets. You can order drinks via the hotels concierge app to be brought up to the terrace. Nice and secure as the front entrance is locked with reception buzzing you in or you can use the entry fob on your room key. We had a triple room which had a great layout as the single bed my daughter used was in its own alcove so she kind of had her own space. 10 mins walk from Termini station so handy for trains/subway/bus to/from anywhere in the city. Buffet breakfast fantastic!

Despite making a mistake in my booking dates they tried to accommodate me, when I couldn't book the extra night they allowed me early check in because my room was ready. My hope was they would hold my bags until later where I could return and check in later, I had no expectation for early check in!

The hotel itself is just this little gorgeous italian style, the staff were so lovely.. I couldn't fault the rooms the beds were so comfy and the shower was great, decent choice for breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
