The staff at reception were very welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was ample. Also the location is pretty close (walking distance if able and not too much luggage) to Termini. The room was air conditioned, a decent size and with facilities you need for a short stay (I was only one night, but for 2 or 3 it would have been fine too).

All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating and the hotel is well-located, close to the main station for trains, metro and buses. The breakfast was substantial. This is good value for money in Rome.

Staff lovely and very helpful. Lady receptionist in particular recommended lots of good places to eat; churches to visit etc. Breakfast very good quality and plentiful with lots of variety. Air conditioning good and effective. Fridge in room Location was great near restaurants and shops.

Extremely pleasant helpful staff. My room and bathroom were very clean -spotless. The whole hotel was in a similar condition. Excellent location.
