The accommodation was really great. It’s close to the centre, metro is really close. Elena was super sweet. We came and called her for the instructions how to get inside the building. She guided us through phone really well. You can contact her via WhatsApp if you need anything. When we got to our room there was one bed missing since there were three of us, we messaged Elena and the cleaner made a mistake but about 30 minutes later the cleaning lady came and made the missing bed. The cleaning lady was really sweet, she doesn’t speak English but she had translator ready if we needed anything. The place was really clean and nice. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days in Rome, I would recommend this.
